No matter when and where, customers can send fax under no constraint. All you have to do is join this service and you can receive fax by your designated email address on the internet. You can print, save, forward or delete the fax as you like. Not only helps you saving papers and toners, but also receiving fax in a more secure way.

Support TIFF, PDF, PNG Format 1. Dedicated HK Fax Number - To keep your existing fax number, you have to apply call forwarding from Telecommunication Company to our fax line. 2. Receiving Fax by Email - Fax will be automatically converted into a graphic file and sent to your designated email address. 3. Support 23 incoming fax at the same time - DFax supports 23 incoming fax at the same time for each fax line so as to solve the line busy problem. 4. Free Fax Filtering - You can freely allocate any fax number into your personal black list, and all fax sending from this list will be sent to a "SPAM" folder. - The "SPAM" folder will be shown on Dfax Manager only. 5. Fax Backup System - 100MB fax backup storage (A fax with 30KB size as an example, more than 3400 fax can be stored) - You can check your fax records by DFax Manager, which is a user-friendly fax management tool on the internet. 6. DFax Manager - A tool is provided for you to designate your email address for receiving fax, change DFax password, set up your personal black list, check the fax records and billing issues etc. 7. Warning notice - You will get a warning notice by email if you reach 90% of the fax pages quota in your plan. - You can choose one of the following options in DFax Manager to deal with the excess of fax pages quota:   1. Continue to receive or send fax (Fee for extra fax page: HK$1/page) 2. Refuse to receive or send fax 8. Support TIFF, PDF, PNG Format - Fax can be shown in TIFF or PDF format.
